Driven by Fort Stewart and the 3rd Infantry Division, the largest Army installation east of the Mississippi River, Hinesville is one of the fastest growing cities in Southeast Georgia. Hinesville Center is located less than one mile from the entrance of Fort Stewart which is home to over 11,000 military members and civilians. The Property is located on General Screven Way, one of Hinesville’s main retail thoroughfares, with national retailers such as Goody’s, Harbor Freight Tools, Kroger, Big Lots and Beall’s all located within one mile of the Property. The Property also benefits from its location directly off Highway-84 which provides access to Interstate-95 and Highway 17.
