RI Marketplace was built in 2017 to bring structure and efficiency to real estate dispositions, helping institutional sellers accelerate liquidity with a more controlled, transparent process. What began as a solution for an internal portfolio of assets quickly proved effective and scaled into one of the largest CRE transaction platforms.
Today, RI Marketplace supports third-party institutional sellers, lenders, servicing teams, and brokers, connecting qualified buyers with real estate investment opportunities through a competitive auction framework.
