When does bidding open and close?

Bidding opens two days prior to the scheduled auction date and runs through the listed auction close time. Each asset follows a defined timeline, so buyers know exactly when bidding begins and ends.

What is required to participate in an auction?

Buyers must complete registration, including bidder, entity, and contact information along with proof of funds. Only qualified bidders approved by the Marketplace team may participate in the auction.

What happens after an auction ends?

Once bidding closes, the high bid is reviewed against the seller's reserve and transaction terms. If accepted, the winning bidder is notified and the transaction moves immediately into contract execution, earnest money deposit collection, and closing coordination.

What is the Platform Fee?

A Platform Fee of 5% of the purchase price or $25,000, whichever is greater, applies to all transactions unless otherwise stated on the asset page. The fee is in addition to the final purchase price, due at closing, and is non-negotiable.

What does "Sold Subject To" mean?

"Sold Subject To" means the auction has ended and a high bidder has been identified, but the transaction remains subject to final seller approval or completion of post-auction requirements before becoming fully executed.
