The Hotel is located within five miles of Bolingbrook’s top employers, including WeatherTech headquarters, Ulta Beauty Headquarters, AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center, G&W Electric headquarters, Menasha, Ferrara Candy, and more.

Will County is already the largest inland container port in the country and is rapidly becoming the third largest maritime port in North America in terms of container volume. In addition to its leading role in the logistics sector boasting more than 88 million square feet of warehouse space, Will County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. By 2040, The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning estimates that Will County’s population will reach more than 1.2 million up from 691,000 today.

Built in 1996 and converted in 2018, the Best Western Plus is expected to yield a $62.72 RevPAR in 2024, a 91.7% index on TTM May 2019. A new owner will have the opportunity to purchase the asset unencumbered of management and implement a customized business strategy pushing RevPAR.
