Airway Heights is the fastest growing city in Spokane County with a 75.9% population growth within the city limits from the 2010 to 2020 census. It is located less than 10 miles from downtown Spokane (Washington state's second most populous city) and situated between Spokane International Airport to the immediate west and Fairchild Air Force Base to the immediate east.

Investment Highlights

• As of today there is 5-7.5 MVA available in this area, in 2 years +/- a new substation will be built and that number will jump to 40-80 MVA. Spokane Airport has just built a truck/rail loading facility just a mile or two south on Craig Rd.
