Former Sinclair gas station on the SE corner of US 18 & US 71 on the north end of Spencer ripe for re-development. Capture the traffic flow from the new neighboring KwikStar Truck Stop directly to the south. The 2,517 sq. ft. building on 2.51 acres could be re-purposed into a drive-through or razed. The DOT is re-designing the interchange into a new roundabout. The DOT will be constructing a new access driveway to the frontage road to the east followed by closing the existing access to the north.
