Investment Overview

Clear Springs Research Corporate Park is part of the Clear Springs Master Plan for over 18,000 acres. Through build-out, up to 2,500,000 square feet of research and development facilities are permitted. Additionally, 300 hotel rooms, 250,000 square feet of ancillary retail, and 2,500,000 square feet of office uses, and a 100,000 square foot training center.
