KW Commercial is proud to present the following lease recommendation report. This report was compiled using a variety of resources, valuation methods, market data, and statistics. For this report we researched properties of similar size and location, within a certain range. Since leases of properties of this size and type are relatively few in the area, we selected a mix of properties that have leased within the past few years as well as properties that are currently for lease or under contract to be leased. Therefore, not all properties researched are equal in size, condition, or location, so appropriate adjustments to price and value were made to compensate, per industry best practices. For this report, we valued based off of other Domino's franchises current leases which are NNN leases.
