The site is near the IAH Airport which handled over 42 millions passengers in 2019, with flights to 6 continents and supported 141,000 jobs. The site is also in close proximity to Halliburton, Baker Hughes, the Aldine ISD offices, several hotels and the "22Hundred" -- a new, 270-unit apartment complex. Potential developments include retail including grocery and restaurants This is a PAD site at an IAH area development that includes a Staybridge Suites and a Holiday Inn Express hotels. An off site detention is provided. The PAD site extends from the Staybridge Suites property line to the frontage road of N. Sam Houston Parkway. A pipeline runs along the side of that service road, inside the property line. Parallel to that is a private roadway that runs through the property.
